Rey Mysterio Mask Problems at Summerslam

Rey Mysterio Jr. said backstage after his match with SummerSlam that his match with Kurt Angle was a solid bout. He noted that the only thing difficult in the match was his mask. It was new attire he'd never worn before and the mask kept coming loose during the match, and was even shown close-up on camera after the match being un-tied.

Kurt Angle felt he and Mysterio proved everyone wrong who said the contrasting styles and height issues would make for a lack-luster match. He felt it elevated himself even more so, if that's possible, as he pulled off another one that people doubted him on. He gave Mysterio his credit for contributing to making a match that both felt "stole the show."
